Welcome to the FUTUREFINX mobile app! By accessing or using the FUTUREFINX app (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read all these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the App.

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the FUTUREFINX Mobile Application, which allows users to fund for digital coins, bullions, metals and energy based digital assets. By downloading or using the App, you agree to all these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these Terms & Conditions, please refrain from using the App.

2. Use of the App

You may only use the FUTUREFINX App for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You are responsible for ensuring that any information you provide to us is accurate, up-to-date and complete. Access to the App may be restricted or suspended if you violate any of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Digital Assets

  • Purchases: The App allows users to fund for digital coins, bullions, metals and energy based digital assets.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and maintain the confidentiality of your account login details. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments for funding are processed through secure third-party payment processors integrated with the App.
  • FUTUREFINX SOLUTIONS OR IT'S REPRESENTATIVES reserves the right to change one or all plans at any time with or without any prior notice, in any manner, whatsoever.  

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Engage in any unlawful activities related to the funding of digital assets.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or manipulate the App or its content.
  • Use the App for any fraudulent activities or purposes that could damage or disable the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FUTUREFINX SOLUTIONS OR IT'S REPRESENTATIVES will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or funding for digital assets.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration only. 

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

FUTUREFINX SOLUTIONS OR IT'S REPRESENTATIVES reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time with or without any prior notice, in any manner, whatsoever. Any changes will be posted in the App or sent via email. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
